1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StudioSync (“the Service”), operated by Sylo Enterprises LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StudioSync is a business management platform designed for independent beauty professionals. The Service includes:

  • Custom client-facing websites with online booking
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Payment processing via Stripe
  • Client management and communication tools
  • SMS appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Email notifications
  • Instagram content integration

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. StudioSync is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

5. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: StudioSync Appointment Notifications

StudioSync sends SMS text messages to clients of businesses using our platform for the purpose of appointment confirmations and reminders.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Typically 1–4 messages per appointment (confirmation + reminders).
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text plan.
  • Opt-out: Text STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Text HELP to any message for support information, or email admin@studiosync.site for assistance.
  • Supported carriers: Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from StudioSync on behalf of your service provider. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Sylo Enterprises LLC. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, business information, etc.).

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylo Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
